Profile

Mr Philip Ong graduated from the University of Oxford with a Bachelor of Arts in Modern History. In 2006, he received a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University.

Mr Ong has served in the Public Service Division in the Prime Minister’s Office, the Ministry of Manpower, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources, the National Research Foundation, and the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth.

He is currently the Deputy Secretary at the Ministry of Health.
